I love Trader Joe's! And I love a good yummy deal!
New find of the week: Bulgogi
(a.k.a. Korean Bbq beef)
You can find this beef in the fresh meat section of your Trader Joe's.
Cheap, like 5bucks, and it fed Yo and I for dinner and left-over lunch.
Best if you bbq it, then take a fresh leaf of lettuce, pile on
some Jasmine long grain rice, and add slices of bulgogi! Wrap it up and Yum!
It's a Korean Bbq wrap! Hope you like it!
I think next time I might try a few dabs of Red Rooster hot sauce on it.
