Nix's birthday party was a success! Yaay! The Elmo cake actually looked like Elmo, there was plenty of food, our friends and family came, he indulged in his first sugary dessert, and most importantly, there was no baby meltdown from Nix! Double Yaaay! :) With all that said, Monday left me with a "mommy-hangover" as I recouped and made absolutely NO to-do lists! (imagine that!) We just played with all his new toys and took naps!
